Iverson Construction Inc. is a second-generation, family and veteran-owned company that specializes in custom home design, building, remodeling, and home renovations. We also specialize in the design and building of commercial construction of all sizes. 

Founded by David Iverson in 1971, now owned by his son, Randy Iverson. With over 54 years of experience, providing affordable, luxury custom homes and commercial projects across the Black Hills. Our wealth of knowledge, experience, and impeccable reputation provides our clients with peace of mind from the begining to the completion of the building partnership.

David Iverson's (founder of Iverson Construction) first construction job was home addition for a local family in Sturgis, in the summer of 1971. 

Randy Iverson, was able to build these same clients another brand new, custom home in 2012, more than 41 years later.
